This machine is designed for rounding soft and / or non-standard dough . The piece of dough  to be rounded is rotated around its own axis by the rotating cone , against the teflon-coated  concave channels . The machine is standard equipped with one pulverisers and can be  combined with any volumetric dividers . Stainless steel structure . It can be fixed or moved in a universal way. Teflon-coated  cone and channels suitable to work both soft and hard dougl Pull-out easy-to-clean crumb collecting trays . Adjustable channels in order to round dough from about30-1300 g with a superior  rounding quality both at the minimum and maximum weight range.
