The automatic piston divider can divide the dough into equal parts with high weight accuracy. The hopper is made by SUS 304 stainless steel, which can hold 75 kg dough, bigger hopper is available as well as an optional. The control panel adopts PLC. Adjustable division of the dough by a handwheel . Production speed is adjustable by a speed variator from 1000 to 6000 pcs / h .   The height of Infeed belt is adjustable between 800 and 900 mm . Greasing unit is driven by an automatic pump .Easy and fast cleaning system. Easy operation for pistons and knives removal, as well as the opening of the hopper, cleaning can be done easily by anyone.

This machine is designed for rounding soft and / or non-standard dough . The piece of dough  to be rounded is rotated around its own axis by the rotating cone , against the teflon-coated  concave channels .
